We are happy to provide you with a baby cot or a high chair free of charge, subject to availability. Please let us know before your booking, and we will make arrangements for it
Beds
We have comfortable box spring beds available for you! With the exception of apartments 106 and 206, all beds are 160 x 200 cm in size. In apartments 106 and 206, you will find beds measuring 140 x 200 cm.
Booking option
For the best booking experience, we recommend booking directly through our website. This way, you have direct access to us and receive all information firsthand. Alternatively, you can also book through online travel agencies (OTAs). No matter which method you choose, we look forward to welcoming you soon!
Cancellation & Modification
You can find the exact details of our cancellation policy in the booking confirmation from your booking portal. Generally, we offer three different cancellation policies: Flexible, EarlyBird, and Non-Refundable. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact the relevant booking platform, or if you booked directly with us, please reach out to us directly.
Change your reservation
Do you want to change or cancel your reservation? No problem! The easiest way to do it is through the portal where you made the booking. If you booked directly with us, simply send us a message at astoria@bs-stay.com. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Cleaning
Your apartment is refreshed once a week as a standard. If you need more frequent cleaning, you can request it for an additional fee. Please contact us.

Dishwasher
Some of our apartments are equipped with a dishwasher to make your household chores easier. The apartments with a dishwasher are: 001, 002, 105, 205, 304, 305, 401, 405, 501, 502, 503, 504, and 505. If you stay in one of these apartments, you can enjoy the added convenience of a dishwasher.

Free Items
Our goal is for you to feel at home from the first minute. Therefore, we offer you not only bed linen, towels, tea towels, and bath mats, but also a range of free items such as water, sweets, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, and soap. In addition, our apartments are perfectly equipped for self-catering. If you miss something, you benefit from the excellent location of our house, which is directly adjacent to shopping facilities.
Garbage
You can give your garbage bags to our cleaning staff when you encounter them in the hallways between 10 and 13. If you do not find them you can leave your garbage bags in front of the apartment in the morning and we will pick it up.
Heating & Cooling
The heating and air conditioning in your room are controlled through the wall thermostat. Once the small symbol of a person appears in the lower right corner of the house icon, you can adjust the temperature and fan speed. For sustainability reasons, we reset the settings daily at 10 a.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Invoice
In order to recieve your bill please email us at finance@bs-stay.com with your booking number, address and name.
Iron & ironing board
Iron and ironing board can be found in the basement, next to the washing machines. In case they are all being used by other guests, please let us know, and we will be happy to arrange one for you.
Lost & Found
If you have forgotten something in the apartment, please let us know. We will check our lost and found and get back to you.
Luggage storage
We offer lockers in the basement for luggage storage. If all lockers are occupied, we recommend using the lockers at the main station as an alternative. They are both affordable and safe.
Noise
We place great importance on maintaining a quiet and relaxed atmosphere in our apartments. We have established a strict quiet hours policy from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure that you can enjoy uninterrupted sleep. If you notice any noise during these hours, please feel free to address the issue directly with the individuals involved to resolve the problem. Our staff is also available during our working hours to assist you.
Pets & Animals
Please note that we fundamentally do not allow pets or animals of any kind.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed outside in front of the bulding. If smoking occurs during your stay in the apartment or in the hallways, a 100 € fee will be billed to your account for each instance.
Television
Our apartments do not have televisions. However, don’t worry! We have plenty of books available for you, and the city has a lot to explore. Additionally, high-speed internet is provided in the apartments, allowing you to easily stream on your mobile devices.
Washer & Dryer
In the basement of the building, you will find washing machines and dryers that you can conveniently access via the elevator. These are available for you to use free of charge.
